here in the Culpeper Virginia area.
Originally called
"Fairfax", the town of Culpeper was renamed "Culpeper"
after English Nobleman Lord Culpeper.

Revolutionary War History, Revolutionary War History,
Civil War Battlefields (120,000 soldiers in the winter of
1864), a heritage of patriots (ex. Culpeper Minutemen -
"Don't Tread on Me"), and monumental community pride?
And oh yea! Natural history: pre-historic dinosaur tracks
have been preserved and can be seen at the Culpeper
Museum of History.
